Prayer and Liturgy

Prayer and liturgy are a key component of our relationship with God. In order to foster and nurture our relationship we need to commit time on a regular basis to communicate with God.  Some of the ways we do this are:

  • gathering each day to start the day by praying our School Prayer together
  • celebrating major feast days with a whole-school mass
  • celebrating occasions such as ANZAC Day, Grandparents Day and Holy Week with whole school liturgies
  • celebrating Friday morning Mass each week on a rotational basis (one class at a time)
  • beginning our school assemblies with prayer based on the Liturgical Calendar, led by our Senior students
